Description
I've been going through this guide (nice!) and there were many times I saw markers (FIXME/OPEN/RFC) that I wanted to discuss here or elsewhere, but they weren't easy to reference.
I'm proposing that some sort of identifier is attached to each of these to facilitate their discussion.
