Duplicate contacts with special characters not detected #7
Description
I have friends with characters like ã and ñ in their names, and such names seem to not be detected as duplicates.
Using 1.2.2 on CM 11 (Android 4.4.4).
(I'm not sure what other information is needed; let me know and I'll progressively add it into this OP.)
