Usage overview request

Good day,
I wonder if it is possible to retrieve a table using API that a sysadmin can access at RSPACEURL/system to get an overview over the users and usage of the system.

/activity can retrieve some information, but it has much overhead and does not retrieve for example the number of files user uploaded.

Hi, sergejzr, thanks for the suggestion - might I ask which RSpace you are using? This functionality is available in the web interface, but as you say not yet available in the API. I guess supporting CSV as well as JSON representations would be useful?

We are using v1.69.43.

Yes, the table
(I removed the contents for privacy reasons)
is available within the web interface for system admins. CSV would be very useful as it can also be directly stored and viewed with MS Excel, JSON or XML would be useful as well.

Hi @sergejzr, as Richard said that's not currently supported, the API was initially designed to cover user actions and views, not sysadmin actions.

Saying that, returning system overview data through API sounds like a useful thing, I can create an internal ticket for this functionality, and we should be able to address it in the future release.

For reference, what is the institution you work for?
