Freeze when the focused window is not the file manager

@dufferzafar maybe you had this issue? When you launch the shell when the active window is say, a browser, the script crashes and causes all other active widgets to become unresponsive as well.

Honestly, I don't know which script is crashing, and I don't know how crash reports are accessed on Windows, but the cmder window opens and the system freezes and no prompt(or text for that matter) appears in the window. Sorry, no screenshots(because, well it froze).

That's weird! Can you tell me the exact steps that make this happen, because I launch cmder every now and then and it has never crashed for me (no matter what the active window is.)

Huh, let me see,
The environment:
active window => chrome(with 9 or so tabs)
other windows open => a vmware virtual machine, the Windows file manager
presses ctrl+alt+C hoping favorite directory opens
Cmder launches, system frozen, can only start task manager.
kills Cmder.bat
Any other windows can still not grab focus, basically everything freezes.
Restarts computer

Just read the code, considering that Conemu launches, I'm guessing that there's nothing wrong with AHK. Try updating your ConEmu, that's the only thing I can think of as this has never happened with me (but then I'm a freaking ninja :P)
