Pictures turn green after taking with snapchat camera

After snapping a photo with the in app camera the photo turns pixelated green and is un viewable. I originally thought this was a problem with my gcam setup but seems unrelated now. I've tried changing photo resolution in snapmod settings and it just changes the amount of pixelation.

I have it back on default now but it's still not working.
