support editing review before copy

I don't always agree with all the suggestions since sometimes the review is overly cautious and just suggests fixes that would add complexity. I can copy it into vim and then back into my agent, but it would be extra nice to be able to edit the review inline before I copy it using vim (similar to Claude's ctrl-g to edit in vim)

Ah I see the c to respond mode. This helps mitigate the need for this issue, though it'd be nice to have respond mode display the initial review as well.
