Support reviewing with multiple agents simultaneously #87
Description
A list of agents will execute multiple reviews for each request.
Questions:
- what to display in the TUI? probably want multi-reviews to put all review content in the same queue item
- should we "combine" the reviews using an arbiter LLM? (may want to introduce a review arbiter agent option to do the synthesis in config.toml)
