Add support for baselining #2
Description
When developer enabled StrictMode he or she may not want to see violations introduced in old code (i.e. code written before enableing StrictMode). But he or she may still want to detect violations in new or modified code.
The idea is to provide mechanism for remembering violations and provide ability to ignore them. This way developer may run the application with old code, mark all reported violations as ignored and then continue with developing new features. Only violations with new stacktraces should be reported.
