Failed to import

I am using Notepad++ v6.8.1 with UDL v.2.1.0.12.
When I try to import this, it says "Fail to import".
Unfortunately it fails to give further information.
The system is WIndows 8.1, 64 bit. Notepad++ installed with default options.

Did you download the raw XML file? I've seen that happen before if you accidentally save the page that displays the file in github, vs the raw file.

Doh - fail. I was looking for XML - and found XML - missed that it started with doctype html... Thanks.. pebcak...
