Loading a package branch from a repository (future possibility)

CypressPackageManagerTest>>#testLoadingPackageBranchFromRepository is not yet written and the functionality is absent. It is a future possibility, not necessarily a planned feature.

The concept here is the possibility of branching versions and support thereof.
