Configuration - Web Frontend UI Radio - Should be disabled. #75

Greetings,
In the webUI under Configuration -> Web Options
It knows that pyMC Console isnt installed, but lets you select it and saves the setting.
A mistake click while not paying attention will lead to a bad time on next service restart.
Suggested Fixed Disable the Radio when its not found.
