You could put the end-result files in this repository :
Copy compiled FobosSDRSupport.dll to Soapy modules directory, default c:/Program Files/PothosSDR/lib/SoapySDR/modules0.8/
Copy fobos.dll library to Soapy binaries directory, default c:/Program Files/PothosSDR/bin/

@CharlieDeltaOscar not an expert in Windows. The suggestion sounds reasonable, though. However, if I recall correctly, SDRAngel might come packaged with its own Soapy instance. If so, you would have to figure out if versions match (FobosSDR dlls are compiled for version 0.8.x) and where to put DLL then.

@CharlieDeltaOscar I agree with @godsic , but it seems like SDRAngel comes with SoapySDR 0.7 preinstalled

So libraries made for version 0.8 might not work.
