Description
As I've been writing unit tests for the Haswell driver, I've seen that for lower exponents it becomes likely to see some number of blank OA reports just after enabling the OA unit, symptomatic of us having enabled the OA before the configuration has really taken affect. Adding a delay directly after the NOA MUX programming, but before enabling OA seems to fix this issue.
