For antipatterns, try to avoid writing complex instructions for reviewers. Try to be more concise and write from the creator's perspective. Instead of:

"Artifact review is not code review. Taking longer than a few hours to install and run an artifact is rarely a good use of time. Thus, artifacts that are not immediately usable should be returned for improvement."

Say something like:

"providing artifacts that are difficult or time-consuming to install and run."
