Description
We need to make up our minds whether we're talking about code artifacts or all artifacts. Right now there's like a nod toward all artifacts but then the rest of the standard is clearly about code artifacts. We already have an Open Science supplement. So maybe here we should just stick to code artifacts? Alternatively, instead of "Essential" and "Desirable" we should distinguish between "all artifacts" and "code artifacts." There should be criteria for all artifacts beyond "available" and "related." What do you think?
