Refactor: Export only one of BBHash and BBHash2

We should consider to rename (and unexport) `BBHash` to `singleBBHash` or something similar. Then we could rename `BBHash2` to `BBHash` and avoid confusion about which one to use.

Need to think a bit more about potential consequences.
