Adding the Professional business page

1. Add the "professional/" URL to the PRO4U URL's
2. Create urls.py file to the account app
3. Add to the file mentioned in 2 new path for the professional business page
4. Create a new html file for the business page
5. Add views to navigate to the business page
6. Add tests to check for right navigation to the page
