Web request end-to-end doc

We have very lacking documentation regarding what happens when a HTTP request reaches Redbrick. I think creating a diagram and explaining why it goes where it goes (Apache, pubcookie, docker), would be both beneficial for onboarding new admins, as we'll as general reference
