URP webGL version does not work

Material both in URP and Standard appears pink after building for webgl

Also hitting this issue. Skin I fixed by switching to the Lit URP shader but hair isn't as simple

I found a fix, if you just re-assign all the materials to use the Reallusion shadergraph shaders rather than the Amplify ones everything works fine in the webgl output
