Investigate using optical flow with SAI

Investigate non-iterative optical flow algorithms, and how they could be applied to sensory coding (wavelet coded pyramid, flow on high frequency changes, global flow or X local flows).

For example, SimpleFlow [1] has run times in order of ~N^0.78
