Bot quota Human 1, bot 3 (or 1 Human, 1 bot and other combination) causes extra bots to add and kick above the limit every 5 seconds.

Hi Team,
I'm trying RCBOT2 and have found when setting the auto add bot interval to 5 (or another interval) and with a ratio of bots as standard or customized (such as 1 human, 3 bots) that every 5 seconds and new bot is added and either the same bot or another bot kicks.

This is HL2MP on a dedicated server with the latest sourcemod and metamod.
Any idea what I may be able to change to fix this behaviour?
