Trying to pan while zoomed in moves the rectangle corners / points are too large making it hard for percise texture ripping #6

Describe the bug
While zoomed in when you go to pan you end up moving the rectangles corner.
The points for the rectangles are way too large and makes it hard to see whats behind it.
Steps to reproduce
Issue 1; Zoom in trying to pan with middle mouse button
Issue 2; The points are too large making it hard to see placement
