Monitor messages and remind folks not to ask the same question in multiple channels. #2
Description
Occasionally we have users that ask the exact same question in #general and #coding. It would be nice to detect this and DM them reminding them not to as well as post a message indicating that the conversation should be focused in the non-general channel.
