Add :wiki command

The task is when the user will type the following command ':wiki '. You function should use the wiki API to fetch results according to the query.

Hey, I was trying to run the bot and it hit this error

IndexError: list index out of range

Any idea about this?

@smadarasmi @gsrajadh okay, you just have to do is that change the botname in the config file. If you get the error again then change the bot name again. Try to keep it unique. Actually current bot name is unavailable that's why we're getting the error. So, pushed a small fix so what you guys do is, update your fork and start working in the issue.
