Handle labels better #1
Description
As loreplotr turns labels from the categorical feature into columns in an intermediate step, labels either need to be valid column names or they will be altered.
Right now users can alleviate this by replacing labels in the final plot (which is included in the docs), but this could potentially be handled better by the package.
