Class structures

The sweidnumbr R pkg has created class structures for personal ID numbers. The hetu package does not have that yet. The possible new structure could benefit from synchronization with sweidnumbr. If there are concrete cases where we could benefit from developing the class structure, it would be good to list here before deciding.

I think this could be useful if (and possibly only if) the package would handle several types of codes. Well, it actually does now (personal identity codes and business IDs), but maybe even more so if this was expanded to codes from several different countries.
