Support installing x86_64 R on arm64 macOS machines #1024
Description
We can still run x86_64 R natively on the macos-15-intel runner, but we should still have a way to install x86_64 R on arm64 runners, like macos-latest. AFAICT Rosetta is installed on macos-latest, so it should work OOTB.
