Support Meteor Intellij Plugin

We should support this plugin by doing a fork and publishing a new version of it.

Jetbrains support just confirmed they would accept PRs to the existing Meteor plugin. I think it's always preferable to keep the original rather than creating a fork if PRs get merged
I will work on a PR for this type definition file
