License needed

[nixhope]

The project needs a license both for source code and for content. Udacious! is released under Apache 2

For the time being I am comfortable licensing the source code for U+ under Apache 2. Depending on where the content is pulled from, the associated license will be a separate issue, and will most likely need to be acknowledged by Udacity.
