It would be great to toggle the auto-queue feature, ie. let the use choose if they want autoplay suggestioned to be added to the queue or not.

E.g. in my case I basically never want to hear the youtube suggestions.

Agreed, well something like autoplay does exist in my program, and yes, it's a good idea to not just abruptly play the YT suggestions. I will get this implemented soon or if you want you can up a PR as per your convenience as well.
