Redirect new.ubuntu.lt sub-domain to new demo server.

@narunask which server it will be? You virtual server or akl iv-4.pov.lt?

If we going to use iv-4.pov.lt, then you will not be able to do deployments, because deployment requires root access.

But if we will use your server, then you will be able to do deployment.
