Flashing the Firmware #3

Hi,
I built a version 4 of the mainboard over the Christmas holidays and have managed to complete programming the bootloader up to and including step 11 however had no luck with step 12 and 13. (https://www.notion.so/Programming-the-Bootloader-a5c2f6b50c3d459eaa0a4f00d8218365)
When firmware-pycubedv04.uf2 file is dragged in to the PYCUBEDBOOT drive and when the file transfer is complete, PYCUBEDBOOT drive disappears and the board does not reboot again and mount as CIRCUITPY or PYCUBED per step 12. (also attempted these steps with the latest .uf2 file available at https://circuitpython.org/board/pycubed/ but had no luck.)
I have followed all the steps and can’t figure out what is causing the issue for the board not mount as per step 13.
Any help to troubleshoot/fix this issue is much appreciated.
When the “Rest” button is clicked twice the board mounts to the computer as a drive labeled PYCUBEDBOOT and INFO_UF2.TXT file information are correct which confirms the bootloader has been loaded correctly.
