Send SMS with rules & regulations and the park map

Upon successfully registering a visit, an sms with the park rules & regulations including the map to be sent to the provided phone number.

Added the SMS feature but with someone's credentials

The following are pending:

1. Need to send sms with regulations and link to the map on successfully uploading the visit data.
2. Create a new account with Africa is talking and update the project with the right credentials to use.
