SPI FLash Memory interfacing

I want to interface QSPI Flash memory to boot Pulpissimo from that instead of booting from JTAG.
I am using ZCU104 FPGA and have PMOD based QSPI Flash memory, help me with the changes that i need to do in Pulpissimo

On the ZCU104, some SPIM pins were originally mapped to UART pins, which meant that both peripherals could not operate simultaneously. After remapping SPIM to PMOD1 and enabling UART in QSPI boot mode, I was able to successfully receive the "Hello!" message over UART.

Note: As the first step, I generated the .bin file for QSPI Flash using the plp_mkflash tool (available in SW/pulp-runtime/bin) and programmed it into the QSPI memory. I made sure to dump the contents of L2 memory (from 0x1c0000 to 0x000000) into Flash. With this setup, the "Hello" code runs correctly from QSPI Flash.

However, I’m now facing an issue: the UART output is not coming at the expected baud rate of 115200, but instead at 38400. Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution or workaround?
