Create a new folder for the end-to-end models #34

Hi everyone,
In the recent months, a test with an end-to-end training of a ResNet-like model on CIFAR10 has been added to PULP-TrainLib. To provide several ODL samples in this sense, it should be nice to add a new folder for this kind of tests.
