Underline the whole name on hover instead of subpart #21
Description
The problem here is that rule names with whitespaces are valid in Publicodes and that by default VSCode expect keyword to be delimited by whitespaces.
This could easily be fixed with the tree-sitter grammar on the server. However, I think it should be handled directly on the vscode client.
