Fix the return value of modify_inline_greek_text so it returns rendered Greek text and not entities

Currently modify_inline_greek_text is returning values like <em>&#960;&#949;&#960;&#972;&#964;&#945;&#953;</em> rather than <em>πεπόηται</em>. The latter would be better.
