Alert Page: Battlerank stats need to be bucketed

Currently in the bar chart we are displaying every single battlerank (all 420) of them as an individual line. What we should be doing is showing bracketed / bucketed groups of BRs and then having a multi bar chart of them.

E.g.
BRs 1-20: 50VS, 20TR, 35NC
etc
