Fix container notification bug

Currently notifications on files change are received by those watching the file, but not the folder.

Better would be to send notifications to both subscribers.

This is fixed in solid-ws v0.3 but not the current branch.  Solution is to upgrade package.json to point to the newer version until upstream updates.
