errorLog.log file can enlarge forever

Description

At the moment, the errorLog.log file (managed by Logtape) doesn't have any system to reset or limit it's size..

Why is this needed?

Avoid exploding disk usage just for a very long error log file 😅

Additional Notes

It's a bad idea to simply reset that file when restarting the server (since, if it's crashing, the simpliest option would be to restart the platform, but we might want to keep the error log for later -as during exhibition-), so we have to find a smoother way to roll the file

the "rotating file sink" approach of logtape can be used to limit the amount of log files present at any given moment. more info can be found by following this link.

Great catch; indeed, it would solve the problem.
I guess you can set a 5Mo file size limit (half of Discord limit, way below GH limit for easy transfer) and a rotary over 5 files :)
