Get video stream out from GAMA Server #31

In the current planning of the project, the web platform will both allow monitoring the different devices and the way they are starting applications and game sessions, as well as diplaying both the video stream of the headsets and the GAMA simulation side-by-side.
The application's management and streaming of the headsets are currently in development (and partially implemented); however the streaming of a GAMA display isn't worked out at all yet.
What you'll need
A video stream (any format, probably H264 encoding as it should be widely implemented in Java) of one or several display outputed from the GAMA Server port (or another port if implemented differently) which can be gathered and displayed by this webapp
