Add support ToolChoice::Any for Groq Provider

Hi,

The provider Groq is missing the ToolChoice:: Any in the Maps\ToolChoiceMap.php:

From the Groq API documentation, it seems the 'required' use of a tool is supported:

The Prism documentation is not mentionning any limitation on that, so I believe it to be a bug (or missing piece):
