Show python booking access code #29

as per relay/issues/60, when implemented, we need to show a booking code to users that they can use to access their booked experiment from python, and to give them a sample/template code to aid them on their first use. The template should be configurable from the manifest so it can be updated whenever practable-python is updated, and theoretically, the template code could include a list of possible commands for that experiment or be tailored to that experiment, although that sort of info might be best kept in info pages. the sample template will need to include the url for the booking server, if this is different from the default in practable-python.
