Add dynamic_erasure_cast for translating between theoretically-compatible specializations

The pseudo-vtable could be stored on the heap. It could be populated by runtime queries on the source target object. This would support

• adoption between specializations on permutations or subsets of a signature list
• interoperability with future type-erased functionality besides the signature list
