[Feature] Failover mode if the chopper and unloader are stuck

Occasionally, the unloader will be a position where the chopper can't unload to the trailer and since the chopper can't move unless the trailer is in the right spot and the trailer won't move cause it thinks or can't get to the right spot. You end up in a stalemate. Create a function where the trailer backs up x amount and tries to realign
