Please share if something did break or my fix didn't work. Keep in mind this fix only applies to CP vehicles, if parked vehicle or an AD vehicle is in close enough for the chopper to target it still will. It just won't target CP drivers any more unless it is the one that is unloading it

So I have think I have fixed parked vehicles that @regs1980 reported. I need the community to test this. I have altered giants functions to get the behavior I would like.
