Good day!
We have integrated the Poolfish SDK into our application, and it initialized correctly. However, we have encountered the following difficulties:
On some devices, survey participation is not available, even though the initialization process is successful.
Some users do not receive new surveys after completing their initial survey. In the dashboard, two possible events are displayed: "Survey unavailable for the user" and "User not eligible."
The test version works well, but in the production version, when users complete a survey through mediation, it is marked as completed. However, at the end, the user receives an error message from the server (see attached screenshots), and the reward is not received. Moreover, this survey completion is not recorded in the user logs on the dashboard.
We have verified that the dashboard settings are correct. Could you please assist us in identifying the possible causes of these issues?
