Improve the round ended message.

Actually the message is not translated. Must be translatable.

The message displayed is:

Round Ended.
Team 1 :X - Team 2 :Y
```

Would be better to show a message saying the points that you win or loose.  I would never remove the partial results as is a good information for the player. So the message would be: 

```
Round Ended.
You Win/Lose Z points.
Team 1 :X - Team 2 :Y
```
