Repeater v2 components

Hi,

I've seen the repeater v2 schematics and software pop up on the repository. While I didn't have the PIC or the toolchain to program that, I do have a ATTiny85.
I am looking for some more information on the schematics though.

On the board there is a zener marked as D3, but no value mentioned. And a trimmer marked 3298, which I suspect might be a typo as it has the 3296 footprint, but no value mentioned. Could you tell me what values you are using?
And what is your procedure for setting that reference voltage?

I see you switched from a 7805 regulator to the buck converter module. Did you have issues with the regulator design?
