Legal protection (?)

Do we need any legal protection regarding Play? Register a brand? Insurances?

@ennru We talked about that in yesterdays' meeting. Do you know if JHipster took any measures regarding legal protection? Was it just the brand registration or is there something else they took extra care of? I am pretty much clueless regarding legal stuff, however I wanted to make sure we don't forget something, that's why I even added this issue. I mean could it be that there is something that we should mention in a terms page to avoid any legal conflict that could arrise (or whatever, just an idea). I thought it might be could to stay safe legal wise.
